Here it is! Our first look at Linda Hamilton looking like a complete badass as Sarah Connor in the new Terminator film has arrived! The film is coming from Director Tim Miller (Deadpool) and producer James Cameron.  I was so happy to hear that Hamilton would be coming back to the franchise and after seeing these new images of her, I can't wait to see her in action again!

We got our first look at Mackenzie Davis earlier today in some set photos and a lot of people seems to think that she will be the new Terminator.

We still don't know much about the story, but this first film is said to be the launch of a trilogy and a direct sequel to Terminator 2. It will ignore all of the other films that have been made since, and Cameron previously said:

"We still fold time. We will have characters from the future and the present. There will be mostly new characters, but we’ll have Arnold and Linda’s characters to anchor it."

Davis' character is said to be the new face of the franchise.

Sony just announced the return of the greatest hits as they are now offering classic PlayStation 4 games dubbed as PlayStation Hits for $19.99.

The announcement was revealed via the PlayStation Blog, where 15 games will make up the first batch of the PlayStation Hits starting on June 28 in the US. The Hits collection will include games such as Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Doom, Yakuza 0, Metal Gear Solid V, and Street Fighter V. You can check out the full list of games below.

I never got into Lost. All my friends described it as Gilligan’s Island with guns and polar bears. I tried watching the first episode when the show was on one of its later seasons and I was so confused I gave up on it. However, I know a lot of people got sucked into it who may be interested in ABC’s new reality show, Castaways, which is described as "Survivor-meets-an unscripted Lost."

Apparently, 12 people will be dropped off on islets in Indonesia with the simple goal of survival. Deadline reports that the 12 participants will not be stranded together though. They will each be stranded alone with washed up luggage and resources scattered around. The only ways off the island are surviving long enough to be rescued or quitting.

The part that I think will be most interesting is that they plan to incorporate flashbacks.

As dramatic situations unfold on an expanse of islands in the South Pacific, the series flashes back to the real lives of each participant in documentary fashion, demonstrating haunting parallels to...

Amber Heard recently sat down with EW to talk about her role as Mera in Aquaman. There was a lot of interesting information in the interview, but I’ll be honest, I don’t know anything about Mera. I’ve never really been interested in Aquaman before, so I loved when the interviewer asked Heard, “She’s a fan favorite for those who’ve read the comics, but for people don’t really know, what can you tell us about her?”

She’s a warrior who was raised by the queen of Atlantis before she passed. We meet Mera after the queen has long since left and she’s been raised to take over as queen her whole life. She’s been raised to serve her kingdom and rule over Atlantis with King Orm (Patrick Wilson). She’s very disciplined and almost militaristic. She’s fully dedicated to saving her nation and that serves as an impetus to go to the surface world and elicit help from Arthur who’s the polar opposite of Mera — he lives in the moment, he’s confused about his identity,...

If I were to ask you the plot of the Jurassic Park series I would imagine you'd say something along the lines of "It's about a world where we created Dinosaurs to try and profit off them and it backfired," and I don't think you'd be wrong, but that's not the full story. Don't worry, Screen Junkies will be able to fill in all the blanks for you with this 20 minute synopsis of everything that's happened in all the films since the very first one so you aren't lost during Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Not that you would be, it's not like these films are that hard to follow:

We recently learned that MTV is rebooting Aeon Flux and it turns out that is not the only show they’re working on. MTV is launching MTV Studios to create content for other networks and streaming platforms to use and on the list are Daria, The Real World, and Made.

While I enjoy Daria, I don’t know that I want a reboot of it, or any of the other shows because I’m getting sick of reboots. Of course, if they get the original voices or bring Aubrey Plaza in to voice her, I may have to try it out.

MTV Studios will allow MTV to monetize its vast content library without having to put all of the said content on their own channels. Are you excited to see some of these old MTV shows make a comeback? Which show do you hope gets the reboot treatment?

Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for Jason Bateman's fantastic and brutal series Ozark. The first season of this show was so freakin' good and every episode kept me on the edge of my seat. It seems like it's been forever since I watched it so I might have to give it another go before I jump back into this crazy dark criminal underworld in Season 2.

In the next chapter of the story, “the crime syndicate sends their ruthless attorney Helen Pierce (Marvel’s Jessica Jones‘ Janet McTeer) to town to shake things up just as The Byrdes are finally settling in. Marty and Wendy struggle to balance their family interests amid the escalating dangers presented by their partnerships with the power-hungry Snells, the cartel and their new deputy, Ruth Langmore, whose father Cade has been released from prison. The stakes are even higher than before, and The Byrdes soon realize they have to go all in before they can get out."

The trailer also reveals that the ten episodes of Season 2 will be released on Friday, August 31st. I can't wait to see...

Some new information has surfaced regarding the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming and it involves Spider-Man's costume. Apparently there are some big changes coming to it and it hints at what we might expect to see from the film.

Even though Spider-Man bit the dust in Avengers: Infinity War, we all know that he's coming back. There was talk of the film taking place prior to the events of Infinity War, but that is becoming less and less likely.

The following information comes from Spider-Man: Homecoming and Ant-Man and The Wasp costume designer Louise Frogley. He tells IndiaWest:

"I am not actually working on that film, but the costumes will have very big changes because, in the film, Spider-Man becomes more like a man and not a teenager."

The fact that she says Spider-Man will be more like a man, tells us that some years will have passed following the events of the Avengers films. It's always fun to watch the costumes evolve with these Marvel characters, and it's going to be cool to see what kind of superhero suit Tom Holland's Peter Parker will be sporting in...

When I was a kid, I loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies. Starting in 2014, Paramount and Michael Bay released a couple more movies that I refuse to see. In my opinion, they don’t look good and I haven’t heard much good about them. Not to mention, they were moderately successful with the first earning $493 million and the second only coming in at $245 million.

Despite all of this, it appears Paramount wants to try again. THR points out that both of these new movies were done before Jim Gianopulos became chair and made it a priority “to clean up the studio’s slate and refocus its franchises.” One can hope that as they focus on their franchises, they’ll be able to make great movies. Paramount has decided to make a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie with Bad Words writer Andrew Dodge working on the script.

There's no information on the story for the new film, but Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller are currently set to produce the film through Platinum Dunes.

What would you like to happen in this new...

First of all, this is just a bit of Star Wars humor that I think we can all get a kick out of. There's nothing to lash out against here. It's just supposed to be fun. Remember the days when Star Wars was fun!? We should get back to that place.

Anyway, a group of fans got together and launched the Twitter account @RMTheLastJedi to begin a campaign to raise money to develop a "fan remake" of Rian Johnson's Star Wars: The Last Jedi. I guess they must've have secured the rights from Lucasfilm to do that... right? Sometime's fans can be silly.

Here's our first look at John Malkovich in the role of Hercule Poirot in BBC's upcoming adaptation of Agatha Christie's The ABC Murders. As you can see, he's dialed back on the look of the character and isn't going for the over-exaggerated version that we've seen in recent depictions like Kenneth Branagh in Murder on the Orient Express.

The story is set in the 1930's which is "a time when the nation is dangerously divided, with suspicion and hatred on the rise. In the midst of this tension, Poirot faces a serial killer known only as "A.B.C." First the killer strikes in Andover, then Bexhill. As the murder count rises, the only clue is the copy of the ABC Railway Guide at each crime scene. Poirot’s investigations are thwarted at every turn by an enemy determined to outsmart him. If the detective is to match his nemesis, then everything about him will be called into question: his authority, integrity, past and identity."

The ABC Murders will be a three-part adaptation of Agatha Christie’s classic story and Malkovich will be joined by Rupert Grint (Harry...

Two new cast members have joined the cast of IT: Chapter 2Xavier Dolan and Will Beinbrink will take on supporting roles in director Andy Muschietti's film.

Dolan will be taking on the role of Adrian Mellon. In the book, Mellon was a gay man living in Derry who was attacked by bullies. Beinbrink will play a character named Tom Rogan who was Beverly’s abusive lover in the book and the 1990s miniseries.

The horror franchise Child's Play has had a long and successful film franchise since it first launched in 1988. Well, now the murderous villain Chucky is getting his own TV series! The news was confirmed by creator and producer Don Mancini. He made the big announcement on Twitter:

The TV series was previously teased by Mancini and at the time he said that the series that will be based on the evil possessed doll will be dark and disturbing, "darker than ever before. It’s going to be very creepy."

Mancini went on to say that the series was "deliberately set up at end of" the last movie, Cult of Chucky. Franchise producer, David Kirschner, also added:

"I don’t think there’s a relationship that lasted this long. I’m incredibly excited about the series and to explore a world in which we’ve never done before. Don has taken the franchise in a wonderfully frightening direction. He seems to outdo himself every time."

Brad Dourif and Jennifer Tilly, who have provided the voices of Chucky and...

George Clooney is looking to direct a new sci-fi film for Fox called Echo. He's currently in talks with the studio, but according to Deadline, a deal is expected to close.

Echo is described as an original thriller with a sci-fi edge, the story of which follows a drone specialist who has a psychological crisis. "Is he paranoid in suspecting his lover is not who she appears to be, and could she possibly have been replaced?"

The film is being produced by 21 Laps’ Shawn LevyDan Levine and Dan Cohen. This is the same team that has developed projects such as Arrival, Stranger Things and the upcoming Darkest Minds and Kin.

The last movie that Clooney directed was Suburbicon and the opening episode of the upcoming miniseries adaptation of the Joseph Heller novel Catch-22.

I like the films that George Clooney makes. They may not be big hits, but I enjoy the stories he tells. Echo sounds like it could be more of a bigger commercial project for him.

Bleach will be shown in the US! Sort of. Anime NYC and Japan Cuts 2018 have teamed up to bring a special premiere of Bleach at Japan Cuts: Festival of New Japanese Film at New York’s Japan Society in New York. The event will take place on July 28, just eight days after the Japanese premiere. The premiere will start at 7:45 PM and include a Q&A Session with the director, Shinsuke Sato. If you are interested, you can purchase tickets now!

Sadly, there’s yet to be any further information regarding a wider release in the US, but this does give fans like me hope that it won’t be too far out. The event will feature the film with English subtitles, and it is revealed to be 108 minutes long. I was expecting a longer movie, but here’s hoping they still get all the important stuff in without rushing it.

Sony Pictures is developing a film based on another Spider-Man character. That character is Cindy Moon a.k.a. Silk! That's right! The Korean-American Marvel heroine is going to get her own film!

Silk is a fan favorite character that was created by Dan Slott and Humberto Ramos and she made her comic book debut in 2014 in The Amazing Spider-Man vol. 3 #1. For those of you not familiar with the character, here's a little background information:

Thirteen years ago, during a demonstration on the use of radioactive rays at a science exhibit, a spider was accidentally exposed to the radiation and absorbed large amounts of it. In its dying moments, the arachnid bit the nearest living thing to it, Peter Parker. As a result, the young teenager would gain amazing powers and become the amazing Spider-Man!
However, this was not the end; as mere moments after biting Parker, the spider bites another young student by the name of Cindy Moon.
Soon after, Cindy’s abilities manifested but she was unable to control them. Some time later, Ezekiel would approach the Moon family to offer his help and...

No one likes commercials. That’s why people love streaming services like Netflix, and why Hulu has a commercial-free option. Fox Networks Group is trying to change how we perceive the breaks between parts of an episode of our favorite TV shows and movies.

According to Variety, Fox is going to start airing inspirational videos during commercial breaks. This fall you’ll be able to watch people overcome adversity in place of commercials on various Fox channels including FX and National Geographic. Fox is hoping that advertisers will sponsor the videos (they have to make money somehow) of people working through the loss of a limb, triumphing over cancer, or other inspirational moments.

In order to pull this off, Fox teamed up with ad agency TBWA who put together the famous 1984 Super Bowl ad for Apple, the Energizer Bunny, and even the Taco Bell Chihuahua. This sounds better than just having products being shoved down your throat, so I’m interested to see how it turns out. What do you think of this idea?

Disney just increased their bid to acquire Fox all the way up to $71.3 billion and everyone is expecting Comcast to submit a counteroffer. However, Comcast may have just been dealt another big blow.

Bloomberg is reporting that one of their sources has said that if Disney wins the bidding war, it could get approval from the Department of Justice in as little as two weeks. Disney has already agreed to sell off some assets in order to address competition problems that would prove problematic with antitrust law.

This hurdle will reportedly be a lot harder for Comcast to clear. If the DOJ does give its approval, Comcast will have to work really hard to have a chance of beating Disney.

Here's a great video that will completely ruin movie magic for you. This video shows off some of the crazy intense action sequences from Jurassic World, but without all of the added special effects. It's just a bunch of actors acting against green and blue screens and other things where there is absolutely nothing there. There are no threats at all. It must be a little wried and silly for these actors to act against nothing, but then that's where the fun and imagination all comes into play. It's pretty amusing to watch, so check it out and tell us what you think!
