Riot have recently announced every single Rune arriving in League of Legends' upcoming preseason. There are 60 in total, and we've broken every one of them down for you, so you can get your theorycrafting hat on in preparation for the November 8 release.

Keep up to date with everything else happening in League of Legends with the 7.20 patch notes.

The new Runes come in five different paths; Precision, Domination, Sorcery, Resolve, and Inspiration. Each path offers you a choice of three major 'keystone' runes. After that, you'll have to pick one rune each from three groups of three runes. Overall, that means you’ll pick six runes per game, four from your choice of primary path, and two from the minor runes of your secondary path.

The Winter Soldier, Black Widow, and Venom are on their way to Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite. The three new characters will be playable from December 5.

If you love comics but hate fighting games, Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite could be the game for you.

Bucky, in his guise as The Winter Soldier, heads into fights with a significant arsenal at his disposal. As well as his bionic arm, which allows him to shrug off attacks entirely unscathed, Bucky has access to a pistol, assault rifle, and grenades, as well as a solid right hook.

Modern Warfare is often remembered as the turning point of the series - when Call of Duty turned into COD, the cultural phenomenon. But that stunning, shocking campaign shooter did not come from nowhere - and with the series now looking explicitly back to its roots in COD: WWII, this is the perfect time to celebrate some of the invention in the earliest Call of Duty games.

Read our Call of Duty: WWII review for our verdict on the throwback shooter.

Update, November 22: Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice has broken even, several months ahead of schedule.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice has reached its 500,000 sales target after less than four months, breaking even nearly six months ahead of schedule.

Players loved Hellblade's depiction of mental health.

The game's developer's Ninja Theory, tweeted earlier to announce the game's financial success. According to Ninja Theory, Hellblade has sold 500,000 copies across both PC and PS4.

In the project's 30th and final dev diary, which you can watch above, those financial successes are broken down, alongside some of the ways in which they tried to bridge the gap between indie and AAA games.

Ryzen has taken the CPU world by storm since its launch at the start of the year. As Black Friday looms over us, AMD have seemingly dropped prices for their core-laden chips further than ever. Hopefully these deals stick around, but if not, you best get moving fast if you want to get Ryzen in your rig.

Check Amazon US and Amazon UK for the best prices and specs on AMD gaming motherboards.

AMD’s latest processors mark a fresh start for the red team and it's the first time team red have ever topped our gaming processor charts. But with a host of different chipsets, features, and manufacturers, which motherboard should you be partnering with them?

A year on since its launch, Planet Coaster is getting an anniversary update that adds new rides, features, and a scenario editor. On top of that are the all important benches. Seating may seem like a small addition, and mechanically it is, but there’s just something about them that changes the feel of a theme park, turning it into a more social, family-focused place.

Along with the update is a new trailer showing off all the features:

The big addition of the anniversary patch is the scenario editor. This tool lets you create missions you can challenge other players with. Build a run down park and then challenge someone to turn it into a booming business, or give someone oodles of cash but a tight time frame to build a bustling park from the ground up.

It’s nearly that time of the year when AMD add even more functionality to their Crimson driver software with their annual software update. Crimson ReLive has already aggregated AMD’s capture software, settings, drivers, and hardware tweaking WattMan functions, but this time around, it looks like the red team are looking to include OSD performance monitoring into the equation.

Want to push your GPU beyond its recommended specs? Here’s our overclocking guide.

AMD tend to get into the holiday spirit pretty wholeheartedly, and they like to try and spread their new found cheer to their customers too - usually with a major driver update, which often comes packed with a new big-ticket feature as opposed to the smaller performance and compatibility driver updates released throughout the year.

Dataminers have uncovered many unreleased weapon variants in COD: WWII’s game files, as well as three types of supply drop (loot box) that are also not in the game right now.

Where have you seen that before? Here are the movie references in COD: WW2.

COD Points - the game’s microtransaction currency - have just gone live after a rocky launch period. They can be purchased for real money and spent on loot boxes, which can also be earned through playing the game. As ever, the question is what impact the contents of those loot boxes will have on gameplay, and whether paying money can be a shortcut to in-game power.

League of Legends' next big content patch is 7.24, bringing a special Christmas-themed version of URF, as well as a host of balance and bug fixes. Those include significant changes to Morgana, Galio and Zyra, as well as several smaller changes. Have a look below for all the information we've got, straight from the PBE.

Want in? You'll need the best League of Legends champions.

LoL Patch 7.24 Release Date And Downtime

We don't know the exact release date for patch 7.24 yet, but the schedule is bi-weekly so expect it on Wednesday December 6. We'll update when Riot do, but keep an eye on the server maintenance page for the latest updates.

Update, November 22: As part of its Chinese publication, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds will receive adjustments to make sure it fits Chinese values.

As part of the publication of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds in China, Tencent say the game's content will be adjusted to better fit Chinese values.

Here's everything we know about PUBG's new maps.

In a statement issued to Reuters, Tencent say they "will make adjustment to content ... and make sure they accord with socialist core values, Chinese traditional culture and moral rules."

After some smart changes from the original, PvP in Destiny 2 is really good now. A more balanced weapon meta, nerfed abilities across the board, and slight extensions to times-to-kill have created a competitive game that stands out among PC multiplayer shooters. That said, some guns still stand out from the pack - based on our console experiences, here are the weapons you'll want to track down to shine in Destiny 2's Crucible, Iron Banner, and Trials of the Nine.

Uriel's Gift / The Number

Update November 22, 2017: according to his former colleagues, EA's sacking of George Fan and his opposition to pay-to-win mechanics were not directly linked.

Fan, the creator of Plants vs Zombies, was let go as part of a general round of layoffs from PvZ developers Popcap in August 2012, which also left 50 others out of work. The decision was made by Popcap's management after months of deliberation, which contradicts the narrative that Fan was specifically and reactively fired by EA's greedy goblins for resisting pay-to-win mechanics in Plants vs Zombies 2. Indeed, Fan wasn't even working on that title when he was let go.

The news comes via Kotaku, who cite "two high-level former Popcap employees." A third, Allen Murray, tells a similar story on Twitter:

Gwent’s single-player campaign has been delayed to 2018. The Witcher Card Game was originally slated for a 2017 release date, but has been pushed back to accommodate a bigger campaign.

Here are the best Gwent cards and decks so far.

The first story campaign coming to Gwent is Thronebreaker, a 15-hour adventure featuring Meve, a northern ruler who lead a guerilla war against Nilfgaard, whose story didn’t really make it into the main games but was present in the novels.

Battle royale games are the big thing right now. Although this might be hard to believe, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is not the only one worth playing - no, seriously. Enter Fortnite Battle Royale. Two new guns are coming to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. The new weapons will be available on test servers starting this week.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds fog mode is more frustrating than fun.

The first new gun is the DP-28 Light Machine Gun, which comes with a unique circular ammo clip that attaches to the top of the gun and contains 47 rounds. THE DP-28 will be a random drop, and you’ll be able to find it all over Erangel.

The loot box system in Star Wars: Battlefront II has ignited a huge conversation about the monetisation practice across the industry. After Belgian regulators declared they did indeed consider loot boxes gambling, US politicians from the state of Hawaii have condemned publishers EA for their “predatory practices” and are investigating legislative options.

How exactly do Battlefront 2's loot boxes work? Here's how.

Representatives Chris Lee and Sean Quinlan (both Democrats) held a press conference late on November 20 - you can watch highlights in the video above. Lee describes Battlefront II as “a Star Wars-themed online casino, designed to lure kids into spending money.” Referencing Admiral Ackbar, he goes further, saying “it’s a trap.”

Sex. It's all around us. It's leaking out of the walls. It's flooding up through the floorboards. "Where's all this sex coming from?" screams your mother, as she puts the sofa up on cinder blocks to protect it from the rising tide of sex. "Get all of the white goods up the stairs!"

"Get with it mum, you massive prude," you shout in reply, opening the back door and allowing a great wave of filthy sex to wash over the living room, carrying your dad's slippers away in a frothy deluge while the family dog barks and barks, confused and soaking. That's sex for you. Or houses in low-lying flood plains. I can never remember which is which.

Who cares! Here are the seven best games with sex in them.

Mass Effect: Andromeda

The Mass Effect series is the only reason you’re ever likely to use the word ‘romanceable’ – at least until that inevitably becomes the name of a problematic dating app made in Silicon Valley.

EA and DICE might be having a rough time with a certain other multiplayer shooter that has the initials “BF,” but don’t forget that Battlefield 1 is still trucking along, funding continued development with a monetization plan we didn’t all collectively freak out over. That plan is made up of DLC and map packs, and the latest expansion now has a release date.

Turning Tides will deploy the first part of its content on December 11 for Premium Pass owners, with two maps: Cape Helles and Achi Baba. A new operation taking place across both maps will showcase the 1915 British assault on the Gallipoli Peninsula. Additionally, six new guns and two new melee weapons will expand your arsenal, and the new L-Class Destroyer to control. The content will be available for everyone two weeks later.

Sale season is already in full swing ahead of Black Friday, and not to be outdone GOG is offering their own set of deep discounts on PC classics. On top of the savings you’re also getting free stuff, because apparently you can’t have sales without giveaways, as the Humble Store has demonstrated twice this week.

Before perusing GOG’s sale, be sure to check out the best old games on PC.

GOG’s giveaway is MDK, a fundamentally weird action game that defies description even to this day. It’s an old-school run and gunner, featuring straightforward alien-blasting action that’s nonetheless excellent in execution. Grab it here in the next day or so, and it’s free to keep forever.
